We all get angry at some point in our unique lives, and we express it in different ways. Anger is a natural emotion that everyone experiences at times. It is a choice and manageable. It is our responsibility to learn how to express our anger in an optimal way. How others express their anger is beyond your control, how you respond is within your control. Achieving this will lead to an inner sense of fulfillment. Complementary skills include assertiveness, attitude & self-esteem, self-mastery, and social styles and communication.
When I reflect on my behavior and moods
When I am chatting with someone who speaks very slowly
While I am waiting for an elevator that is taking long
When someone is being rude to me
I see teens wearing odd clothes, odd hair styles, and having loud music
Life has many stressors and irritations
When I disapprove of a friend’s action
When I occasionally argue with my relatives
When I remember something in the past that made me angry
When someone cuts me off in traffic
When I make reservations for an airline flight
If someone does something to me I think was not right
When a coworker criticizes my work
If someone I know disagrees with my point
