INTRODUCTION TO SELF-MASTERY
Self-mastery is a key skill to helping you get on better with yourself, others, and being in a balanced state. We are all human, and will make many mistakes. We can also not expect to be in a perfect state all the time. However, it is important that we recover as quickly as we can. Hence the process of self-discovery, self-awareness, interrupting, and replacing with objective thinking.
Without doubt, your results will include accepting yourself for who you are, becoming congruent with yourself, and realising that you are unique and of great value.
What is Self-Mastery?
We are all the same, yet unique in our own ways. Understanding yourself is a prerequisite to understanding people. The more sides to a situation we can see, the more objective we are able to be. The way people choose to behave is their responsibility, our response to various situations is our responsibility.
This is all about self, and we look at understanding and managing yourself to achieve a state of balance, regardless of what life may throw your way. Life in general persuades us that the present is not satisfactory, and that the busier you are and harder you work, are hallmarks of success.
This could make us all very distracted, disinterested, and unclear in thought.
